BASE OPTIONS
Our GRP units come with an Open Base with Flange as standard, providing a strong, practical foundation for most installations. For projects with specific requirements, we also offer a GRP Single Skin Base and a Load Bearing Base designed to support heavier loads. Whatever your needs, our range of base options ensures the right solution for your installation.
ELECTRICAL PACKAGES
Our GRP units can be supplied with a range of electrical packages to suit your project needs. Options include distribution boards, sockets, and light fittings, all professionally installed and tested to ensure safe, reliable operation. Custom configurations are also available to meet specific requirements.
COMPOSITE PANELS
We offer GRP composite panels designed for strength, durability, and versatility. Panels can be supplied with insulation (typically, 25mm, 35m or 50mm Foam Insulation) for improved thermal performance or with an 18mm plywood core for added rigidity and secure fixing points. Each option provides a practical solution tailored to the demands of your project.
FLAT PACKS
For ease of transport and installation, our GRP units can be supplied in a flat pack format. This option allows for straightforward delivery to sites with limited access and quick assembly on location, while also helping to reduce delivery costs and simplify handling — all without compromising strength or durability.
COWLS FOR VENTS
To improve airflow and protect your installation, we offer a range of cowls for vents. These are designed to provide effective ventilation while preventing the ingress of rain, debris, or pests, ensuring your GRP unit remains reliable and low-maintenance.
VIEWING PANELS
Our GRP units can be fitted with viewing panels, providing clear visibility into the enclosure without the need to open it. These panels are durable, secure, and available in a range of sizes to suit your requirements, offering both convenience and safety.
CUSTOM COLOURS
Our cabinets are available in a comprehensive range of sizes, with a choice of two standard finishes — Green (14 C 39) or Grey (10 A 07). For projects requiring something different, we also offer bespoke finishes in any colour from the RAL or BS5252 ranges, giving you complete flexibility to match your brand, environment, or project specification.
EXPLOSION RELIEF FOR WALK-IN ENCLOSURES
Our walk-in enclosures (W3-W28) can be fitted with an explosion relief system, designed to safely vent excess pressure in the event of an internal explosion. This controlled release helps protect both the enclosure and its surroundings, ensuring compliance with safety standards and providing peace of mind for high-risk applications.
REMOVABLE THRESHOLDS
When it comes to GRP enclosures, easy access and future serviceability are just as important as weather protection.
That’s why we offer the option of enclosures fitted with a removable threshold — a simple addition that makes a major difference to installation and maintenance.
